Individual applications:

• A Member Application Form must be completed and submitted to the administrator via a Benchmark Retirement Fund Broker or direct to Benchmark.
• Terms and Conditions apply which you must be aware of. Ask the Benchmark Retirement Fund Broker to explain them or contact Benchmark directly.
• A copy of your ID will be required.
• A Bank Detail Verification Form needs to be completed.

Company & entity membership:
